FACTS FAMILY PORTAL

ATTENTION ALL ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL PARENTS:
St. Joseph School will be switching from OptionC to FACTS this next school year.  In order for you to access information from FACTS, we need you to create an account for the FACTS system. Please follow the directions below to set up your account.

• Using your Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer) and go to www.factsmgt.com and click Parent Login
• Type in the school’s District Code – SJES -MO
• Click Create New Family Portal Account
• Type your email address (it needs to be the same as the one you used for OptionC) and then click Create Account.  An email will be sent which includes a link to create your login.  The link is active for 6 hours.
• From the email, click the link to create your Family Portal (ParentsWeb) login.
• A web browser displays your Name and FACTS SIS Person ID.
• Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm the password.
• Click Save User Name and/or Password.  (A message displays at the top of the browser, User Name/Password successfully updated.
• You many now log in to Family Portal using your new user name and password to view information about your child/ren.
