 Reminders
Don't forget to send your child's updated shot record to school! Kindergarten and 8th graders typically need shots before school begins in the fall. Check with your doctor or call the local health department for an appointment.

Please complete and send 2018-2019 Student Health Information form to the school office as soon as possible. Updates and changes may be submitted via email  ([email protected]), snail mail (PO  Box 205) or placed in the Sunday collection basket (Attention School Nurse).

Supplies
All student must have athletic style shoes for PE. Shoes must be secured to the foot via shoestrings or Velcro.
 Slip-on style tennis shoe are not for PE class.
Students who do not have gym appropriate shoes will be required to walk during PE class or sent to music class. Points will be deducted .
Students with long hair need to secure it with a headband or elastic ponytail (this includes boys).

When sending notes to excuse a student from PE participation please include a reason. (Example: sore toe, hurt shoulder, jammed finger, etc.)

Thursday: 8:50-3:00
  Friday: 8:50-11:20
